A new buzz term is oil-pulling. It is a practice that involves taking a tablespoon of coconut, olive or sesame oil and swish it in your mouth for 10 to 20 minutes. Then you spit it out.

This natural trick is supposed to give your whiter teeth! But does it really work?

However, experts are not convinced. They say there is very little credible research on the practice. It's not something they would recommend.
